Today’s Journal prompt is to give yourself a piece of advice!  If you were your own mother, or friend, what advice would you give yourself?

Here is some advice from myself that I have been needing to pay heed to!

“You don’t have to chase every worm that dangles your way!”  I say yes to more things than I can keep up with!
