Rhino at the Mudhole

Rhino at the Mudhole wm.jpg

After doing a couple of elephant pieces with the crackle medium by Golden, I decided it was high time for a rhinoceros to join the party!  The crackle effect and color of paint create the look of dried mud, but is much more durable.  This muddy fellow is on an 11 x 14 stretched canvas with deep 1 1/2 inch sides.

“Rhino at the Mudhole” is currently hanging at Bluebird Books in Hutchinson, Kansas for the month of December.

  1. Rhinos are amazing. My husband and I just published a blog on our safari adventure in Kenya! Check it out if you like 🙂

  2. Oh, my goodness, Kayann – I hope you make prints available for purchase. This guy with your elephant piece… What a set!

  3. How much would it cost to buy a Rhino or Elephant artwork in an 8×10 size?

    Thanks, Amber
