Lil’ Monster Zine

I have wanted to create a zine for a long time, and I finally did it! I used images from my Lil’ Monster altered board book to create the spreads for this little 3 x 3 inch zine. I love that it is made from a 12 x 12 piece of paper, all folded just so to make a cute little book. I have glued the pages together to make it less floppy, and added a washi tape spine.

I love these little guys, perfect to give as a small gift, or can even be mailed as a card! The words are from Romans 8:38, a verse that my husband always recited to my children when they were fearful, on one that give me encouragement now. Nothing like bringing our demons/fears of any sort down to size! These little zines are available in my etsy shop, or locally at Tessera Fine Art Gallery in Wichita.
