I have been working on cleaning out the studio, which it desperately needed, and reclaimed this little nook where I keep Bardo’s box as an art journal, planner, and other small art work station. I love it!

In case you are new around here, Bardo was a clown at the Kansas State Fair for many decades. He also painted the signs on the fairground, and this was his portable paint box. After his death I acquired the box and set it up in my studio. I feel like there are creative vibes just oozing out of this space! See what I do here on my You Tube channel.

Of course all of that cleaning means I have some treasures to share at my art supply destash sale March 26-28! Live music by my son-in-law John Depew will follow Friday’s portion of the sale at 7pm.

“For the Birds” mixed media collage online course is now completely live over in my Teachable classroom! Watch the short You Tube trailer for a little glimpse of what to expect. In case you missed them, there are a couple of other courses to check out over there as well.

I also have some new stickers in my etsy shop that I am excited about. These are little 4 x 6 inch themed sticker sheets with tiny little stickers perfect for your planner, letters, scrapbooks, all kinds of little things! The sets are: crows and ravens, for the birds, and junk food.

Currently I am planning to resume in person workshops on May 1 with a Finger Painted Flowers Plus workshop from 9am to 4pm. Hope things continue to head that direction!

And then, June 16 to 19 I am super excited about my all new workshop ‘Shangri-La’ which will be an epic creative immersive journey in our art journals, learning techniques and having fun! Be watching for more to come on that!

Hope you have been busy creating!

I wanted to sign up for your “For the birds” class, but find I have a user id and password, but my mac evidently mis-remembers the password and I don’t have it written down. Can’t seem to sign up otherwise. What do you suggest? I don’t have an alternate e-mail address.

    Thanks so much

Saundra, it should give you a place to click on the log in page for ‘forgot your password’ that will let you reset it. So try to login with your email, then look for small words underneath that says something to that effect. If you click on that it should lead you through resetting your password. If that doesn’t work you may have to contact Teachable through their help tab.
