I found this week’s fun find at a craft/vintage show I attended last weekend called The Red Barn Outdoor Market. I always watch for the booth full of Blue June’s Retro Deco vintage goodies as I always find supplies for crafting there, or fun things for the house. My cool vintage kitchen fan is from Blue June’s, as are some of the vintage suitcases that I store studio supplies in. I love the anticipation of the fun surprises each visit will hold, and this was no exception. I picked up a few vintage keys and knobs to use in future assemblage projects. But the best find was this old 1940s Mapacuba cigar tin in beautiful, vivid colors. It will find a new home in my studio, and will be perfect for holding fun studio supplies.
