This is the Final Friday of August, and that means Art Crawl night in Wichita. I am so excited about all the fun!
I will start the evening at 5:00pm at the reception at Mark Arts for the National Small Oil Painting Exhibition, as well as the Wichita Women Artists’ show where I will have this piece hanging:
I will leave there at 6:00 to spend the remainder of the evening at Tessera Fine Art Gallery ready to visit about the exciting line up of upcoming workshops I will be having there. I will also have my latest travel journal there if you would like to take a peek, as well as my current wall of artwork.
I also just restocked the art print note cards with lots of new designs, as well as a nice stock of stencils and other fun supplies. My 6 x 6 inch two part sugar skull stencil will make its debut, and….. drum roll please…. the Creme Brulee Challenge results will be hanging as a collective featured artist show. It will also be time to pick up the next challenge pack with a Day of the Dead theme.
Simply choose at least 5 elements from the pack to include in an 11 x 14 inch, or smaller piece of artwork to be included in the October Final Friday featured artist wall at the Gallery.
