This quote seems especially appropriate on this day that we are to have a Super Blue Blood moon! Because of where it falls on its elliptical orbit, the moon will be a bit closer to earth making it appear 13% larger than normal. Add to that, it will be the second full moon of the month (making it “blue” though I don’t know how it got that name. Is that where the phrase “once in a blue moon” came from?) and it will also be a “blood” moon because it will be the occasion of a lunar eclipse.
So, if the skies are clear in your part of the country, check out the moon tonight and take a little pause to worship our Creator!
