As much as I love pen and paper, I have been feeling overwhelmed with keeping track of all the notes and scraps and planners that seem to demand an unfair amount of time in my life. So, I am attempting to do more things digitally to bring some order to the chaos. One area I am giving it a go with is Bible journaling. I downloaded this free pdf file of the Bible and open it in GoodNotes on my iPad Pro (a refurbished ver. 1). The covers were purchased from an etsy shop, but are not necessary (just fun!)
I actually put two copies of this Bible in my Goodnotes, one for Bible Art Journaling, and one for taking notes.
The pages are perfect for journaling or notetaking. Here was today’s page before I got started.
Since I wanted to use the version from the NIV for my coloring page, I wrote it in at the top for reference, then erased it later.
Next time I plan to do the verse over in Procreate, then insert the finished image onto my page since there are many more options for artwork in Procreate. Goodnotes is really designed for writing notes and highlighting. But for now, here is today’s verse. Feel free to download and use in your own digital Bible. For those of you with a physical Bible you journal in, this works great to print and use behind your page to trace. Or, you can simply print, color and use as a bookmark!
For those of you who prefer the standard coloring page, no worries… more of those to come!

I am sorry, apparently that digital Bible is no longer available.

Awesome! Where do u get the Bible pages from to insert in procreate?
Kayann Ausherman
Unfortunately the free online Bible that I used is no longer available. I have not discovered another resource, though surely there is something out there.

Would you be able to share a blank copy of the digital bible since it’s no longer being offered by the original creator?
Kayann Ausherman
Unfortunately I no longer have access to the digital copy either. Hope you can find something to do the job!
