I just have to share my new 8 x 10 journal because I am so excited about it!
Last week I led a “Victory Journal” workshop where we created 30 art journal spreads, then bound them all into a handpainted journal. I added a fun little tangle of beads to my binding threads when I was done with the simple stitches.
I love how everyone’s journal turned out, and I think they loved them too!
But even better were all the beautiful juicy pages inside! We actually created our page spreads first, before binding them, allowing us to work on multiple pages at a time. We also did several different styles of pages. Here are some works in progress…
