Hope you have all had a wonderful week! Thanksgiving is still on my mind, and truly, it should be everyday of the year.  Cicero said, “Gratitude is the parent of all virtues.” I would agree.  Without gratitude for what we have, and even for the awful things we don’t have, we can’t be content or happy with anything! Without gratitude we become a victim, become angry, and have troubled relationships.  I am not blind to the difficulties of life, and have experienced a few myself, but I know that gratitude helps us approach those trials with a different attitude that still allows for joy even in their midst.  These are the thoughts that circled my mind as I colored in the page above.  I think perhaps I had some pie on my mind as well… hence all the little triangles!
