How fun to head out for a run to the post office and discover a wintery wonderland! It was actually only a dusting of snow, but enough to give everything that magical coating of white, transforming the landscape into a fresher and cleaner version of itself.
A nearby farm makes me think of a Currier and Ives Christmas card…
…and a dry creek bed lined with lifeless trees becomes beautiful.
The evergreens along the road wear their flocking.
Even the mailbox seems postcard worthy!
Back home on Victory Road. I’m sure by the end of the winter I will be complaining, but for now I am just going to enjoy the beauty.
