I hope you all had a fantastic, gratitude filled, thanksgiving week!

I can’t believe how quickly 2019 has flown by, and here we are in the last month of the year, and just a few weeks away from Christmas, with a new year right around the corner!

I have done a number of new pieces of art in preparation for my solo exhibit at Larksfield Place, “The World Reimagined”. This is the opening week for the show and I am really excited to be there. Pictured above is Saint Nicholas. You can see my other pieces over on Artwork Archive… a good place to check and see my art and where it’s at.

I will also be at the Holiday Market at Larksfield on Thursday, Dec. 5 from 10am to 3pm with a number of other fun artsy things like cards, prints, small works of art, mounted prints, globes, calendars, zines, and more!

Then, on Saturday, Dec. 7 I will be having two workshops. The first, (9am to noon) will be ‘A Touch of Whimsy’ where participants will learn the elements of adding whimsy to their art by completing their own whimsical piece.

In the afternoon, from 1 to 4pm, we will be creating Artist Trading Cards and Coins, perfect to use as gift tags, ornaments on the tree, or of course, for trading!

Looking ahead, I will be announcing the January prompts for Seeing 2020 sometime next week so you can be preparing to join me in this year long challenge to slow down and be more mindful in our 2020 vision. This is totally free to participate in, and I will have various printables here on my blog for you to download and print at no charge.

If you want to join me in prepping your journal/planner for the year, come to my workshop on Saturday, Jan. 5.  Stay for the afternoon and make your own cover for your journal.

The next day, on Sunday, Jan. 6 from 2-5pm, will be Bible Journaling where we will focus on hope, and wintery themes.

Finally, here is a special cyber sale offer that I don’t want you to miss in my etsy shop! It ends December 3, so don’t delay!
