Adeline – using Pebeo Prisme Fantasy

posted in: CRAFTY HOW TO | 0

Yesterday, I shared my mixed media piece “Addie” inspired by Gustav Klimt’s 1907 work “A Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I” .  Again following Klimt’s lead, I have created another piece loosely fashioned after Klimt’s 1912 work “A Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer II”.

In this piece, I used not only Citra Solv altered papers, but also a rather brightly colored paper napkin with a geometric pattern. Also on this piece, in addition to acrylic paints, I used Posca Paint Pens with a fine tip, and Pebeo Fantasy Prisme paint.

The Pebeo paint does very interesting things when dropped together.  On this piece I used it to add some interesting circles by simply dropping a gold color into the still wet red circles.

There are always so many new things to be learning!

Love this! The colours and patterns are wonderful. I’m new to paint pens but I love them and want to buy more. I will need to check out the video of the paint.
