“In the Key of Blue” features two little collage bluebirds on a Citra Solv background made with my brand spanking new stencil design… “run for the hills”. This 11 x 14 inch collage and paint piece will head to Tessera Fine Art Gallery in mid March, along with several other new pieces. I am also getting art ready to show at Botanica in April, so lots of new art happening around here!
Making a Citra Solv background like this is just one of the techniques I will be teaching for the Topeka Art Guild March 21-24. The deadline for sign up is March 14, so get signed up soon! All my favorite tools and techniques will be presented over the four days of the workshop… I am so excited!
