This marks the 10th anniversary of my etsy shop. When I began fromvictoryroad, I did mostly crafty items at first, just sticking some art in here and there, building both my skills and confidence.
Some of my mainstays were:
messenger bags. I made a ton of messenger bags, not just for etsy, but for local stores and craft shows as well. I love these bags, and love that they are made from repurposed and upcycled materials, but I don’t love sewing. So frankly I suffered some burnout.
I made a lot of other funky bags too, like these out of bicycle inner tubes:
Smash books and journals of various types and styles have also been a solid product in my shop and something I still continue.
But more and more, my shop has been about my art, especially prints, and mixed media supplies, especially my stencils.
